Thanks !!!

I reached the target!!! Thank you very much for the support of everybody in this challenge.

The $ 10,000 is now part of the UNICEF program for Guatemala.

As per the school you saw in my pictures, “Canton de los encuentros” in Coatepeque I sent a personal donation to them of $ 1,000 and a picture book through my friend Saul Merida who is going to deliver the present on December 8th.

I printed few copies of the picture book and they are a testimony of my trip and also of my gratitude to all those that helped me in this adventure, unfortunately there are not more available.

I finished my duty and accomplished the targets I set in my plan. I was trying to help others while looking life from a different perspective and I did as planned.

The most difficult part of this adventure was not the road, the risk, the weather or the breakage of the bike,... that was precisely the beauty of the trip, each event gave the opportunity to know people and test my endurance and will.

The challenge resided in battling the stereotype that a senior/married/engineer man doesn’t go together with motorbikes/adventure trips /pictures/websites, if you can overcome that…you just did the first steps in your own trip, whatever that means to you...
